Day 1
ARRIVAL & WELCOME CEREMONY
As you arrive in Plettenberg Bay, you’ll be greeted with warmth and excitement, marking the beginning of your transformative journey. Day 2
ROBBERG HIKE & PHILOSOPHY OF MOVEMENT
Embark on a breathtaking hike along the rugged coastline of Robberg, immersing yourself in the pristine beauty of nature. Along the way, delve into the philosophy of movement, gaining a deeper understanding of how the body functions and interacts with its surroundings. This invigorating experience not only challenges your physical limits but also opens your mind to the harmony of motion and the artistry of nature.
Day 3
PILATES, FUNCTIONAL FITNESS & ROCK CLIMBING
Start your day with a revitalizing Pilates session, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Following this, engage in functional fitness training, honing your physical capabilities and preparing for an exhilarating rock climbing adventure. As you conquer the cliffs and scale new heights, you’ll gain confidence in your abilities and forge a deeper connection with nature.
Day 4
SEAL SWIMMING, BALANCE TRAINING & BARRE CLASS
Immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean with an unforgettable seal swimming experience. Feel the thrill of connecting with these graceful creatures in their natural habitat, surrounded by the beauty of the marine world. Later, engage in balance training and prehabilitation exercises to enhance stability and prevent injuries before refining your strength and grace in a Barre class, leaving you feeling empowered and energized.

RECOVERY WORKOUT, STRAPPING WORKSHOP & SURFING LESSON
Take time to rest and recharge with a restorative recovery workout designed to rejuvenate your body and mind after days of adventure. Learn essential strapping techniques to support your performance and prevent injuries, gaining valuable insights into sports rehabilitation. Then, a thrilling surfing lesson, feeling the exhilaration of mastering the ocean’s energy.
Day 6
BEACH WORKOUT, MARINE SAFARI, AND SELF-REFLECTION
Awaken your senses with a dynamic beach workout. Embark on a mesmerizing marine safari, encountering an array of marine life and marveling at the wonders of the ocean ecosystem. Take time for self-reflection, journaling about your experiences, and engaging in personality tests to gain deeper insights into yourself and your journey.
Day 7
AFRICANYON ADVENTURE, EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE WORKSHOP, AND SPORTS MASSAGE

Choose an alternate adventure to explore your capabilities, whether bungee jumping or embarking on a skydiving adventure. This day is all about discovering the depths of your courage and resilience.
Day 9
DRIVE TO ADDO SAFARI DESINATION & ZIPLINE
Embark on a captivating journey, immersing yourself in the awe-inspiring landscapes that unfold along the way. Feel the adrenaline surge through your veins as you zip line at Tsitsikamma Falls. Arrive at a luxurious safari lodge, nestled in the untamed beauty of Addo, surrender to nature’s tranquility. Get ready for thrilling safari adventures amidst picturesque vistas, promising unforgettable wildlife encounters and natural wonders.
Day 10
MORNING SAFARI, SPA & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Embark on a morning safari drive through the African bush veld, where you have the chance to encounter the famed Big 5 in their natural habitat.
